No problem is unsolvable.

Team Up unites and supports local organizations and individuals in addressing community-identified needs to help people thrive in Southwest Colorado.

Collaboration is Crucial

When an issue is too big to tackle for one organization alone, Team Up creates action teams comprised of the people who make things happen.

Community is Everything

  • Community Service

Team Up helps local organizations find “people power” through AmeriCorps placement to strengthen existing programs or create new ones. We also connect willing and skilled volunteers with the organizations that need them through connectswco.org.

  • Community Support

We help other nonprofits gain access to exclusive benefits and funding through grants, donation management, community partnership, and fiscal sponsorship.

Team Up connects local individuals and families with important resources in times of crisis.

  • Community Collaboration

We bring together organizations, government entities, school districts, and individuals to develop collaborative solutions for community-identified needs that impact children, youth, and families.

Serving You Right

Team Up harnesses the power of people for local organizations needing extra hands through hiring and placing AmeriCorps members at various host sites around Southwest Colorado.
