Team Up AmeriCorps Coordinator
The Team Up AmeriCorps Program Coordinator, under direct supervision of the Director, supports all programmatic aspects of Team Up AmeriCorps. This includes program planning, member management, communication/outreach, grant compliance, host site support, and data/program reporting. The Program Coordinator will be required to build upon and create positive relationships with all entities involved with the program: members, site supervisors, community partners, co-workers, funders, host sites, and the communities served.

Youth Engagement Liaison
The Engagement Liaison plays a key role in empowering young people to actively participate in shaping efforts to design regional youth mental health and substance use prevention efforts across Southwest Colorado. This position builds authentic relationships with youth and community partners to gather youth voice, co-create strategies, and translate youth-identified priorities into coordinated, cross-sector action.
Location: Montezuma or La Plata County County
Position type: 32 hours / week, $25-27/hour depending on experience.

Community Collaboration Coordinator
This is a unique position that works across sectors with high levels of community engagement to address some of the most pressing challenges in the community. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to fill this role and to help drive Team Up's collaborative work forward in Montezuma and Dolores Counties.
