Community Collaboration Coordinator, La Plata County

As part of Team Up’s Community Collaboration Program, the Coordinator will advance a long-standing Collective Impact initiative by convening cross-sector partners, facilitating action teams and a steering committee, managing grants that support the work, tracking progress and outcomes, and helping ensure collaborative efforts lead to meaningful, measurable impact.
