La Plata County Flood Recovery

We know the needs in our communities are big right now, and the response from individuals wanting to help has been incredible. However, many organizations are overwhelmed with volunteer inquiries and potentially putting themselves and others in dangerous situations. Above all, we want everyone to stay SAFE out there.

Disaster relief and recovery is a long-term effort. Please be patient as organizations utilizing volunteers sort out their needs.

What follows is a list of vetted, verified resources for organizations, individuals, and volunteers to utilize to ask for or offer help in La Plata County

PLEASE SHARE FAR AND WIDE

*Please note that we are committed and actively working to coordinate resource and volunteer efforts in Archuleta, San Juan, Montezuma and Dolores Counties. Each county’s needs and resources are different. Please be patient with us as we collaborate with each county around what is best for them.
